JHCA Pay it Forward Outline

Why Pay it Forward

Jiivala believes that by crossing the “teach a man to fish” philosophy with the “pay it forward” principle, we can create entrepreneurs that will change our world by teaching them to cook holistically, speak powerfully and make money authentically. Thanks to the incredible generosity of local businesses, philanthropists, forward thinking corporations and angel investors, Jiivala is able to offer partial and full scholarships for the Holistic Entrepreneurship Program to deserving individuals within the community. Once the four-week intensive has been completed, the individual will then pay the scholarship forward through education and products over the three years following the program to those in need in their respective communities.

What is the Pay it Forward Scholarship suited for

The scholarship covers partial or full tuition for the Holistic Entrepreneurship Program. Recipients will be responsible for personal materials and any extraneous costs (ie: travel, parking, meals, accommodation) that may arise during the four weeks.

How do you Pay it Forward

In order to be considered for a scholarship, you must first register for the Holistic Entrepreneurship Program. Please note that you will be applying for the scholarship when registering.

A deposit of $100 is required with your application, but should we not be able to meet your needs, the money will be refunded. Should you decline the scholarship after acceptance, or need to cancel up to seven business days prior to the program’s commencement, the deposit will be refunded. Please note, the scholarship itself is non-refundable and holds no cash value outside of tuition fees.
Early registration and application is highly recommended, as this supports your chance of being awarded a scholarship.
